Choose a higher capacity
Choose your Pro capacity and billing interval on Pricing or Overview in Plan and billing. If you already have a paid plan, Review plan change shows your options before checkout. Starter users go directly to checkout. An eligible upgrade within the same interval charges the difference for the remaining paid time and keeps your renewal date. The review shows the credit, amount due and next full renewal price before you confirm.
Read the payment confirmation
If you move from monthly to yearly billing at the same or a higher capacity, unused monthly credit is deducted from the annual price. Your new annual period begins after payment is confirmed. If you upgrade from yearly to a higher capacity with monthly billing, the upgrade covers the rest of your paid year at annual rates; monthly billing begins when that year ends.
Card changes require consent for the future renewal shown. MMG in-app requests need your approval in the app. Manual MMG and bank payments are checked after you send them. Your existing renewal stays in place until an immediate upgrade payment is confirmed.
Confirm the result
After paying, return to Plan and billing to check your current plan and Payment history. Your upgrade starts after payment is confirmed. If you approved a payment but the plan has not changed, check that payment’s status before trying again. For a change between monthly and yearly billing, review the start date and next payment shown before confirming.
