Two actions in one control
The main part of the button follows a source, watches a supplier or tracks a tender for the active Business Profile. The bell beside it controls your personal instant alerts. First add the item, then use the bell if you want notifications. Tracking on Starter is limited to three tenders; instant alerts require Pro.
Turn alerts on or off
Choose the bell to turn instant alerts on or off for that item. If it takes you to alert settings, connect a delivery channel and enable the relevant activity first. A paused bell means your delivery settings need attention. Turning the bell off keeps the item in its list. To remove the item itself, use the main tracking, watching or following control.
Your team and digest are separate
A teammate can follow the same source without receiving your notifications. Each person chooses their own bells and channels. The weekly digest has its own preferences in Alerts & Notifications, so you can keep weekly updates while switching instant alerts off. Removing shared items can affect what the team sees; check the active Business Profile first.
