Shared work belongs to the profile
Tracked tenders, shared saved searches and their collaboration context belong to a Business Profile. Switch to the right profile before saving or changing shared work. A member needs access to that profile and the appropriate plan features; being on the same team does not mean access to every profile.
Delivery choices belong to you
Each user controls their own contact details, notification permissions and alert subscriptions. A colleague’s verified WhatsApp number is not reused for your account. One member enabling push does not enable it on another member’s device. Personal match read and dismissal actions do not rewrite the team’s Business Profile.
When you cannot make a change
The account owner manages billing, invitations and Business Profile settings. Team members can work with shared items where their access allows it. Ask the owner to check your profile access if something is missing. If the account moves to Starter, Pro collaboration becomes unavailable, but existing records remain saved.
