Find notes after removing a tender or saved search
Read previous notes and restore a removed search when available.

Open Notes archive
Choose Notes archive on Tracked tenders or Saved searches. Find the item by its title and open it to read the notes you can access. Private notes remain private; team discussions are available only to members with the appropriate Business Profile access.
Read or export previous notes
Notes on a removed item remain available as read-only history. Use Export notes in the discussion to keep a copy of the notes you can view. Removing a tender from tracking does not delete its public page. If a team discussion is missing, check that you are using the right Business Profile and still have access to it.
Restore a saved search
The archive lists removed searches with a Restore search action where your plan and permissions allow it. Review the restored search’s criteria and your notification choices before relying on it again. If you cannot restore a shared search, ask its creator or the account owner for help. A plan upgrade may be needed to use saved searches.
