Check your available capacity
Pro includes one Business Profile and two seats. Pro 2X includes two profiles and four seats; Pro 4X includes four profiles and eight seats. Seats cover users, and pending invitations can reserve capacity too. Review Team members before sending another invitation.
Invite the right person
The account owner manages invitations and team access. Use your colleague’s own email address so they can sign in with their own account. Review the Business Profiles they should be able to access. Do not share the owner’s password as a shortcut for team access.
After an invitation is accepted
Team members can work with the Business Profiles and shared items they are allowed to access. They manage their own verified email, WhatsApp, push devices and alert preferences. If access is missing, check the invitation address, whether it was accepted and the member’s profile permissions before sending another invitation.
