Designed and Engineered Mechanical Repair Services for Pressure-Boundary Equipment

MODEC Guyana Inc. is seeking a subcontractor to assess, engineer, manufacture or source, supply, and support the installation of specialized mechanical repair solutions for pressure-boundary equipment on MODEC-operated FPSO assets in Guyana. The scope includes designed and engineered customized repair devices such as clamps, enclosures, sleeves, split assemblies, and comparable solutions developed for specific defect geometries and operating conditions. The service includes standard and designed and engineered customized mechanical repair solutions for pressure-boundary equipment and components, including where repair clamps or similar devices must be designed around site-specific geometry, defects, loads, materials, access restrictions, or service conditions. The personnel involved in engineering, drafting, fabrication, installation, inspection, and supervision must be trained, qualified, authorized, or demonstrably experienced for their assigned tasks, and installers shall hold current manufacturer or authorized-representative certification where the selected repair system or agreed procedure requires it.
