Provision of Security Equipment, Installation, and Maintenance Services in Georgetown, Guyana

ExxonMobil Guyana Limited (EMGL) plans to put in place a service agreement for the Provision of Security Equipment, Installation, and Maintenance Services in Georgetown, Guyana. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks detailed technical information from suppliers for meeting EMGL's bid selection requirements for the following scope: Provision of Security Equipment, Installation, and Maintenance Services in Georgetown, Guyana. Any contractor(s) awarded this scope will be required to maintain a workforce of trained, approved, and certified personnel capable of installing, configuring, and supporting Genetec, ASSA ABLOY, Senstar, and AXIS CCTV systems. The scope includes preparing and submitting technical submittals required by architect/engineer for security devices such as card readers, cameras, security panels, keyed locks, key management systems, parking control equipment, and Intrusion Detection System components. It also requires preparing daily work reports, Genetec reports, daily system status reports, attending Service Level Agreement (SLA) meetings that require minutes, and following other contractual agreements such as estimates and invoicing. Suppliers are expected to manage and oversee fabrication and installation of security devices, including packing, shipment and delivery to construction sites of security devices. Installation activities must be coordinated with other construction disciplines, including architectural, electrical, and building life safety. EMGL states that during the bid process all prospective EMGL contractors are required to demonstrate awareness of the Local Content Act (2021) and its potential application to their work under the scope. Interested suppliers must have a comprehensive Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management system that meets, at a minimum, all requirements of ExxonMobil and local regulatory processes.
