Use the original sign-in method
Open Sign in. If you registered with Google, try Continue with Google using the same Google account. If you used an email and password, enter the exact registered address. A team invitation sent to a different email may belong to a different account.
Reset a forgotten password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the email instructions. Check spam or junk if you do not see the message, and use the most recent reset link. Never send your password, reset link or verification codes to support or a teammate.
Manage methods when signed in
Open Passwords & sign-in methods to review the controls available for your account. Be careful when changing or disconnecting a method so you retain a way to sign in. If you still cannot access the account, contact support with the registered email and the exact error message, without including credentials.
