Choose the action you actually need
Uninstalling the app only removes it from a device. Turning off alerts only changes delivery. Cancelling Pro stops renewal and leaves the account on Starter after the paid period. Account deletion is a separate request affecting access and personal information.
Review the deletion instructions
Open Data deletion for the current request process, verification requirements and explanation of what can be retained. Account settings also provide the account-deletion action where applicable. If you own shared Business Profiles or a paid subscription, review those responsibilities before proceeding.
What deletion does not erase
Some transaction, security or legal records may need to be retained as explained in the policy. Public procurement records collected from sources are not automatically removed because a user account is deleted. Contact hello@tenders.gy if you need help identifying the right request; do not send identity documents until requested through an appropriate process.
