Installation of Tideflex Check Valves

The procurement covers installation of Tideflex check valves at designated canal outfalls at Guyana Shore Base Inc., Houston, East Bank Demerara. Work is expected to be performed from the canal bank, dry canal bed, or an approved floating or fixed work platform during a planned low-water period, and the contractor shall verify site conditions and select a safe method that accounts for changing water levels, unstable ground, limited access and active shore-base operations. Valve quantities, sizes, locations, invert elevations and final installation details will be confirmed by GYSBI.
