Design and Supervision of the National Public Health Reference Laboratory Building

Part B (Construction Phase) covers the consultant’s role as the FIDIC Engineer during construction, including review of the contractor’s detailed design. The assignment is expected to be commenced in February 2027 and completed within 196 weeks from commencement, including Part A for 40 weeks and Part B for 156 weeks inclusive of a 52-week Defect Liability Period.
