Consulting: Investment-grade audits and detailed design of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEM) and Distributed Photovoltaic (DPV) systems in Public Buildings and Facilities in Grenada, Saint Lucia and Guyana.

The objective of the assignment is to conduct Investment Grade Audits (IGAs), compliant with ASHRAE Level 3 standards or equivalent, for selected public buildings in Grenada, Guyana, and Saint Lucia to identify, evaluate, and prioritize Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) and Distributed Photovoltaic (DPV) systems for implementation. The full scope includes the identification, assessment, prioritization, and detailed design of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) and Distributed Photovoltaic (DPV) systems, together with preparation of the technical, financial, social, environmental, and procurement documentation required for implementation. The Consultant shall prepare detailed technical assessments and energy audits, engineering designs and drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities (BOQs), cost-benefit and financial analyses, measurement and verification (M&V) plans, environmental and social screening reports, and Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs). The Consultant is required to verify completeness and accuracy of available information through site visits and field assessments, and to prepare or update as-built drawings where drawings are unavailable or outdated. The estimated time frame for the assignment is expected to be 8 months from the day of the contract signing.
