Provision of Unarmed Security Services for Courtyard by Marriott

The Cardinal Investment Inc / Courtyard by Marriott (the customer) requests sealed tenders for unarmed security services for a period of twelve (12) months to a maximum of eighteen (18) months. The vendor must provide unarmed security personnel to be stationed at specific locations of the Hotel 24/7. Qualification requirements to be submitted include a valid Incorporation Certificate / Business Registration and a Value-Added Taxpayer certificate / Taxpayer identification certificate. If selected, the contractor must provide public liability insurance with a minimum limit of $5,000,000.00 GYD, naming Marriott International, Luxury Hotels Management (BVI) Limited (Guyana Branch) and Atlantic Hotel Inc. as additional insurers.
