Renting of safe, secure, and well maintained residential properties (houses and apartments) for the U.S. Embassy in Georgetown

The U.S. Embassy in Georgetown on occasion has a need to rent safe, secure, and well maintained residential properties (houses and apartments) from responsible landlords. The properties must be in good condition and the landlord must be willing to bring their property up to U.S. Government safety, security, and maintenance standards and agree to maintain the property. The owner must also be willing to sign a long-term lease (up to nine years) with competitive rates.
