Save useful criteria
On Pro, build a keyword search with any relevant filters in Browse tenders, then save it. You can also manage searches in Saved searches. Give each search a clear name so you and your team can tell what it is meant to find.
Choose your personal subscriptions
Open the search’s delivery controls and choose email, WhatsApp or push as available. WhatsApp uses the same verified number from your account settings, so there is no second number to verify. Choose whether saved-search activity belongs in your weekly digest too. New-match subscriptions do not send all older results as a backlog.
Edit without confusing your team
Searches can be shared within a Business Profile. The creator and account owner manage shared criteria, while members choose their own defaults and subscriptions. Editing criteria changes what the search finds. Duplicate a search when you want a separate version, and check you are using the intended Business Profile before making shared changes.
