Start with a name or website
Enter your business or trade name and, if available, its official website. Choose the AI autofill button and wait for the suggestions. Use the website for the business you want to describe, rather than a directory or sign-in page. If your business has no website, try its name or enter the details yourself.
Check what was found
The scan helps draft your description and suggest categories and experience areas. Read the description carefully and remove inaccurate claims, services you no longer offer or information about a similarly named business. Choose the suggested keywords that best fit your work; you stay in control of what is added.
If the scan cannot find enough information
Check the spelling of your business name and the website address. Use a public page rather than a sign-in or social media link. If the result is still incomplete, enter your details manually and continue. A scan is optional, and a manually written profile can be just as useful for matching.
